Kuća u nizu u malom mjestu udaljenom od Poreča 8 km te od mora 6.5 km. Radi se o staroj istarskoj kamenoj kući koja je renovirana 2014., još samo fasada je ostala za renoviranje. Kuća je na tri etaže: u prizemlju se nalazi dnevni boravak s kuhinjom i blagovaonicom te kupaonica. Na prvom katu nalaze se dvije spavaće sobe i jedna kupaonica. Na drugom katu nalazi se radna soba, koja se može prenamijeniti u još jednu spavaću sobu.
Grijanje ide preko peći na pelete; dodatno na drugom katu je jedan klima uređaj koji služi za grijanje i hlađenje.

House in a row in a village 8 km from Poreč and 6.5 km from the sea. It is an old Istrian stone house that was renovated in 2014, only the facade remains to be renovated. The house has three floors: on the ground floor there is a living room with a kitchen and dining room and a bathroom. On the first floor there are two bedrooms and one bathroom. On the second floor there is a study, which can be converted into another bedroom.
Heating is via a pellet stove; additionally on the second floor there is an air conditioner that serves for heating and cooling.

Charmantes Steinhaus - Reihenhaus nähe Porec
Reihenhaus in einem kleinen Ort 8 km von Poreč und 6,5 km vom Meer entfernt. Es handelt sich um ein altes istrisches Steinhaus, das 2014 renoviert wurde, nur die Fassade muss noch renoviert werden. Das Haus hat drei Stockwerke: Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein Wohnzimmer mit Küche und Essbereich und ein Badezimmer. Auf der ersten Etage befinden sich zwei Schlafzimmer und ein Badezimmer. Auf der zweiten Etage befindet sich ein Arbeitszimmer, das in ein weiteres Schlafzimmer umgewandelt werden kann.
Die Beheizung erfolgt über einen Pelletofen; zusätzlich befindet sich im zweiten Stock eine Klimaanlage, die zum Heizen und Kühlen dient.
