Primošten is a very picturesque small town, located between the larger cities of Split and Šibenik. The Old Town, built on a former island, is of greatest interest to visitors and tourists.
If you want to become part of this small town, we highlight our newest facility in an excellent location, close to the sea and the very center of Primošten. Just completed, it extends over three floors with a total of 5 residential units/apartments. The ground floor and the first floor were occupied by two apartments each, smaller (53 m2), larger (65 m2), and the entire back floor was occupied by a spacious penthouse of 85 m2 with a wonderful open view.
Each residential unit has its own parking space in the common yard within the building.
Just ideal for exploitation for tourist purposes.

Wenn Sie Teil dieser kleinen Stadt werden möchten, empfehlen wir Ihnen unsere neueste Einrichtung in ausgezeichneter Lage, nahe dem Meer und dem Zentrum von Primošten. Es wurde gerade fertiggestellt und erstreckt sich über drei Etagen mit insgesamt 5 Wohneinheiten/Appartements. Im Erdgeschoss und im ersten Stock befanden sich jeweils zwei kleinere (53 m2) und größere (65 m2) Wohnungen, und im gesamten hinteren Stockwerk befand sich ein geräumiges Penthouse von 85 m2 mit herrlicher freier Aussicht.
Jede Wohneinheit verfügt über einen eigenen Parkplatz im gemeinschaftlichen Hof innerhalb des Gebäudes.
Geradezu ideal zur Nutzung für touristische Zwecke.
