Na lijepoj i mirnoj lokaciji u Skradinu smjestila se autohtona katnica. Blago strma lokacija omogućava prekrasan pogled na Skradin. Kuća se prostire kroz prizemlje, kat i visoko potkrovlje, te raspolaže sa oko 150m2 stambenog prostora. U prizemlju nalazimo hodnik, toalet, kuhinju sa blagovaonicom i dnevnim boravkom i stepenicama za kat. Iz kuhinje vodi izlaz u stražnje intimno dvorište gdje se nalazi terasa, ostava i stepenice koje vode do kata.
