There is a renovated stone house in Dolac, in the 1st row to the sea. The house is a semi-detached. Beautifully decorated and renovated in Dalmatian spirit, it consists of a ground floor and two upper floors with a total area of 65sqm. On the ground floor of 26sqm there is a nice kitchen with dining area and a bathroom. Internal stairs lead to the remaining two floors. On the 1st floor of 26sqm  there is a living room which can be used as a bedroom, while on the 2nd floor there is a bedroom of 13sqm.
The house offers a beautiful view of the sea. Access to the house is possible by car, but there is no private parking space. There is a public parking in the immediate vicinity.

Das Haus bietet einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer. Zufahrt zum Haus ist mit dem Auto möglich, es gibt jedoch keinen Parkplatz. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich ein öffentlicher Parkplatz.
