Stara kamena dvojna kuća koja je useljiva, trenutno se u njoj živi, ali zahtjeva renovaciju. Udaljena je od mora 11 km a od grada Poreča 15 km. Kuća ima stambenu površinu od 160 m2 provedeno kroz prizemlje i kat, a dodatno postoji potkrovlje. U sadašnjem stanju u prizemlju se nalazi konoba/pomoćna prostorija, dok su na katu boravak, kuhinja s blagovaonom, dvije spavaće sobe i kupaonica.
Kući također pripada dvorište i vrt.
Dodatno se na zemljištu nalazi kamena ruševina s okućnicom koja zahtjeva potpunu rekonstrukciju, a ucrtana je u katastar s površinom od 38 m2.

In its current condition, there is a tavern/utility room on the ground floor, while the living area, kitchen with dining area, two bedrooms and a bathroom are on the first floor.

In addition, there is a ruin of a small stone house with a garden on the plot that requires complete reconstruction, and it is listed in the cadastre with an area of 38 m2.

Steinhaus-DHH zur Renovierung

Alte bewohnbare Steinhaus-Doppelhaushälfte, derzeit bewohnt, bedarf aber einer Renovierung. Das Haus ist 11 km vom Meer und 15 km von der Stadt Poreč entfernt. Es besteht aus Erdgeschoss und erstem Stock mit einer Gesamtwohnfläche von 160 m2, außerdem gibt es einen Dachboden. Im aktuellen Zustand befindet sich im Erdgeschoss eine Taverne/Hauswirtschaftsraum, während sich im ersten Stock Wohnbereich, Küche mit Essbereich, zwei Schlafzimmer und ein Badezimmer befinden.
Zum Haus gehören auch Hof und Garten.
Darüber hinaus befindet sich auf dem Grundstück eine Steinruine mit Garten, die einer vollständigen Rekonstruktion bedarf und mit einer Fläche von 38 m2 im Kataster eingetragen ist.
