Vanjski dio se sastoji od ugodne terase s pogledom na bazen, bazena, plaže oko bazena te prostora za roštilj. Površina okućnice je 1500 m2 travnjaka te šume. It is the highest mountain on the Istrian peninsula and in good weather the terrace offers a view of the mountain. Well-behaved pets are welcome.
The outdoor area consists of a cozy terrace overlooking the pool, the pool, the beach around the pool and a barbecue area. The garden area is 1500 m2 of lawn and forest. Das Haus verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer und drei Badezimmer und bietet Platz für maximal sechs Personen. Der offene Wohnbereich umfasst eine große Küche, ein Esszimmer und ein Wohnzimmer. Das geräumige Wohnzimmer mit Kamin sorgt für behagliche Wärme und Gemütlichkeit. Die ersten Strände und der Naturpark Učka sind 16 km entfernt. Der Učka ist der höchste Berg der istrischen Halbinsel, und bei schönem Wetter bietet die Terrasse einen herrlichen Blick auf ihn. Wohlerzogene Haustiere sind willkommen.
