Two bedroom apartments for sale in a new building in Šimuni on the island of Pag, near the marina with a sea view. The project is currently under construction, the expected completion of the works is in the winter of 2025.

The preparation of hot water will be realized by a separate boiler
The apartments are sold with finished floors (ceramics on the terraces, dining room, kitchen and bathrooms), parquet floors/LTV in the rooms and hallway

According to the floor plan, each apartment has a storage room in the basement where electricity, water and drainage are connected to the apartment connection.
