Na kući je korišteno dosta tradicionalnog bračkog kamena (prozorski okviri, oluci, razni stupovi, podne obloge, itd.) Vrt je uređen s mnogo stabala agruma, naranči i maslina te ima sustav za navodnjavanje koja ujedno služi i kao tehnička prostorija za mogući bazen.
Izgradnja bazena je moguća budući da u vrtu postoje priključci za vodu. U vrtu je i zidana vrtna kućica. 
Kuća je podijeljena na dva skoro identična stana od kojih se jedan nalazi u prizemlju a drugi na prvom katu.
