Barban, općina smještena na istočnoj obali istarskog poluotoka iznan doline rijeke Raše. Mjesto kao takvo je nastalo u srednjem vijeku te je nadaleko poznato po kulturnim i zabavnim manifestacijama od kojih je najpoznatija Trka na prstenac te potom fešta smokve i smokvenjaka. VIla površine 150 m2 sastoji se od prizemlja gdje nalazimo dnevni boravak, blagovaonu i kuhinju koji čine jednu open space cjelinu orijentiranu prema vanjskoj okućnici i bazenu te jednu kupaonicu, a na prvom katu se nalaze 3 spavaće sobe i druga kupaonica.
Vila je klimatizirana te je sprovedeno podno grijanje na struju, a u dnevnom boravku se nalazi i kamin na drva.

Zahvaljujući velikom broju sunčanih sati koje Istra nudi, na vili su postavljeni solarni paneli te stvorena je mala elektrana koja opskrbljuje sve potrebe vile, od grijanja i hlađenja do održavanja bazena, a višak struje se vraća u mrežu. Učinkovitost elektrane potvrđuje godišnji račun za struju koji za prošlu godinu (2022) nije prešao 150,00 Eura te dvije nagrade koje je kuća dobila na domaćoj i međunarodnoj razini a one potvrđu njezinu ekološku učinkovitost i ekološki certifikat ( Certifikat Eco Domus i proglašena je najboljom kućom za odmor u Europi). Važno je napomenuti da godišnji troškovi održavanje ove vile ne prelaze 1800,00 Eura.

Barban, comune situato sulla costa orientale della penisola istriana oltre la valle del fiume Raša. Il luogo in quanto tale è stato creato nel Medioevo ed è ampiamente conosciuto per i suoi eventi culturali e di intrattenimento, il più famoso dei quali è la corsa dell'anello e poi la festa del fico e del fico. E mentre il comune si sviluppa e investe nel turismo rurale, ogni anno vengono organizzati nuovi eventi che collegano storia e tradizione, il tutto allo scopo di promuovere la città e il comune.

Nelle vicinanze di Barban, in una zona rurale sviluppata, vendiamo proprio una villa istriana ristrutturata che ha la sua storia e il suo futuro. La villa è stata costruita negli anni '40 del '900 ed è stata completamente ristrutturata nel 2014 utilizzando i materiali esistenti, ovvero la pietra.
