Wir bieten eine Antiquität im Herzen der Stadt (3+POT) in Istrien an. Ein echtes autochthones istrisches Haus.

Das Erdgeschoss besteht aus einem Eingang, einer Toilette und einer Galerie. Im ersten Stock gibt es eine Küche und ein Wohnzimmer. Im zweiten Stock gibt es zwei Zimmer + einen niedrigen Dachboden. Vom Dachgeschoss aus sieht man das Meer und die Altstadt.
Das Haus muss renoviert werden - neue Installationen, mehr Platz kann gewonnen werden, wenn das Dach angehoben wird, das um 1,30 m angehoben werden kann. Jetzt ist es möglich, zwei Wohnungen zu machen.
