Chr. besiedelt. Selten verbindet sich der Reichtum an Architektur und kulturhistorischen Denkmälern so reizvoll mit zahlreichen Kunstateliers und dem Hauch der Jugend, der sich dort sammelt. Nach einem Spaziergang durch die Gassen der Altstadt besuchen Sie das Stadtmuseum mit einer archäologischen und ethnologischen Sammlung und einem in diesem Teil Europas einzigartigen Modell einer Zeche, werfen Sie einen Blick in die Kunstateliers, genießen Sie die schöne Aussicht von der Stadt Fortica des Meeres, Rabac, Kvarner und die Kvarner-Inseln.

Raramente la ricchezza dell'architettura e dei monumenti storico-culturali si combina in modo così affascinante con i numerosi studi d'arte e il respiro della giovinezza che vi si raccoglie. Dopo una passeggiata per le vie del centro storico, visita il Museo della Città con una collezione archeologica ed etnologica e un modello di una miniera di carbone unico in questa parte d'Europa, dai un'occhiata agli studi d'arte, goditi la splendida vista dalla città Fortica del mare, Rabac, Quarnero e le isole del Quarnero.

Sul terreno e possibile costruire un edificio residenziale (villa bifamiliare, casa/villa con piscina, condominio). Il terreno si trova a circa 1.600 - 1.700 m dal mare, vista mare possibile dai piani superiori del futuro edificio.
