Vila je u sezoni 2025 bila u turističkom najmu i do polovice rujna ostvarila je 90 noćenja.

Outside there is another covered area with a table and barbecue. There is also a storage room and a toilet on the ground floor. The villa has four bedrooms with four bathrooms on the first floor. The house has been built with first class materials and the finishing is strictly supervised so that the quality of the building is of the highest standard. The car park has space for three vehicles.
The island of Krk is located in the northern Adriatic in the Kvarner region. The island is connected to the mainland by a bridge. It is a well-known tourist destination, but the municipality of Dobrinj has even more to offer. It is located in the centre of the island, so it is quiet even in the busy summer months. Nevertheless, you are only a breath away from the sea.
Dobrinj is about 40 minutes by car from the city of Rijeka and about 2.5 hours from the capital Zagreb. The roads are first-class motorways. The island has its own airport, which operates during the season. Croatia itself is a full member of the EU and NATO, uses the euro as its currency and is considered one of the safest countries in the world.
