Kuća je napravljena od prvorazrednih materijala, s rigorozno nadziranom izvedbom tako da je kvaliteta objekta na vrhunskoj razini. Parkiralište prima tri vozila.
Vila je u sezoni 2025 bila u turističkom najmu i do polovice rujna ostvarila je 90 noćenja.

The island of Krk is located in the northern Adriatic in the Kvarner region. The island is connected to the mainland by a bridge. It is a well-known tourist destination, but the municipality of Dobrinj has even more to offer. It is located in the centre of the island, so it is quiet even in the busy summer months. Nevertheless, you are only a breath away from the sea.
Dobrinj is about 40 minutes by car from the city of Rijeka and about 2.5 hours from the capital Zagreb. The roads are first-class motorways. The island has its own airport, which operates during the season. Croatia itself is a full member of the EU and NATO, uses the euro as its currency and is considered one of the safest countries in the world.
