Buzet se nalazi na samom sjeveru Istre, blizu granice sa Slovenijom. Njegova povijesna jezgra koja datira iz srednjeg vijeka leži na vrhu brda iznad plodne doline najduže istarske rijeke - Mirne. Danas je Buzet nadaleko poznat kao 'Grad tartufa' jer su šume uz rijeku Mirnu posebno bogate tim božanskim gomoljem. U sastavu Grada Buzeta na 348 metra nadmorske visine, uzdiže se gradić Roč, odredište mnogih izletnika, turista i zaljubljenika u povijest i glagoljicu.

U okolici Sovinjaka smjestilo se prostrano građevinsko zemljište površine 1958 m2. Zemljište je zadnje u građevinskoj zoni s lijepim pogledom na okolna brda. Pristupni put je makadam, udaljen od asfaltirane ceste 70 m. Zemljište je ravno, ali potrebno ga je očistiti.

Zbog velike površine moguće je graditi kuću s bazenom i popratim sadržajima, a smještaj na brežuljku, na rubu građevinske zone omogućuje privatnost i lijep pogled koji će se zadržati i ubuduće.

Building plot with a beautiful view

Buzet is located in the very north of Istria, near the border with Slovenia. Its historical core, which dates back to the Middle Ages, lies on top of a hill above the fertile valley of Istria's longest river, the Mirna. Today, Buzet is widely known as the 'City of Truffles' because the forests along the Mirna River are particularly rich in this divine tuber. As part of the town of Buzet, at 348 meters above sea level, rises the small town of Roč, a destination for many hikers, tourists and lovers of history and the Glagolitic alphabet.

In the vicinity of Sovinjak, there is a spacious building plot with an area of 1958 m2. The land is the last in the construction zone with a beautiful view of the surrounding hills. The access road is macadam, 70 m away from the paved road. The land is flat.

Baugrundstück mit schöner Aussicht, das letzte in der Bauzone

Buzet liegt ganz im Norden Istriens, nahe der Grenze zu Slowenien. Sein historischer Kern, der bis ins Mittelalter zurückreicht, liegt auf einem Hügel über dem fruchtbaren Tal des längsten Flusses Istriens, der Mirna. Heute ist Buzet weithin als „Stadt der Trüffel" bekannt, weil die Wälder entlang des Flusses Mirna besonders reich an dieser göttlichen Knolle sind. Als Teil der Stadt Buzet erhebt sich auf 348 Metern über dem Meeresspiegel die kleine Stadt Roč, ein Ziel für viele Wanderer, Touristen und Liebhaber der Geschichte und des glagolitischen Alphabets.

In der Nähe von Sovinjak befindet sich ein geräumiges Baugrundstück mit einer Fläche von 1958 m2. Das Land ist das letzte in der Bauzone mit einem schönen Blick auf die umliegenden Hügel. Die Zufahrtsstraße ist ein Schotterweg, 70 m von der asphaltierten Straße entfernt Das Land ist flach, aber es muss gereinigt werden.

Terreno edificabile con una bella vista, l'ultimo nella zona di costruzione

Buzet si trova nell'estremo nord dell'Istria, vicino al confine con la Slovenia. Il suo nucleo storico, che risale al Medioevo, si trova in cima a una collina sopra la fertile valle del fiume più lungo dell'Istria, il Quieto. Oggi Pinguente è ampiamente conosciuta come la 'Città dei tartufi' perché i boschi lungo il fiume Quieto sono particolarmente ricchi di questo divino tubero. Nell'ambito del comune di Buzet, a 348 metri sul livello del mare, sorge il piccolo paese di Roč, meta di numerosi escursionisti, turisti e amanti della storia e dell'alfabeto glagolitico.

Nelle vicinanze di Sovinjak si trova un ampio terreno edificabile con una superficie di 1958 m2. Il terreno è l'ultimo in zona edificabile con bellissima vista sulle colline circostanti. La strada di accesso è macadam, a 70 m dalla strada asfaltata.Il terreno è pianeggiante, ma necessita di pulizia.
