Das Anwesen ist voll möbliert und wird als solches verkauft. Für den Bedarf an Drainagewasser wurde eine Öko-Klärgrube gebaut. Es besteht auch die Möglichkeit, mehrere Parkplätze zu halten.

La regolazione della temperatura avviene secondo il principio della pompa di calore tramite riscaldamento e raffrescamento a pavimento e aria condizionata nel soggiorno. Per la falegnameria esterna sono stati utilizzati infissi in PVC con vetro a tre strati, zanzariere e tapparelle elettriche.

L'immobile è completamente arredato e viene venduto come tale. Per le esigenze di drenaggio dell'acqua è stata realizzata una fossa settica ecologica. Inoltre, ha la possibilità di ospitare diversi posti auto.
