U prizemlju je ulazni hodnik, kuhinja, blagovaona s dnevnim boravakom koji imaju direktni pristup terasi i vrtu, WC za goste, spremište i tehnička soba. Na katu se nalaze tri spavaće sobe, svaka ima svoju kupaonicu, a dvije sobe imaju i svoj balkon.
Grijanje i hlađenje kuće projektirano je kao podno grijanje u kupaonicama i ventilnim konvektorima u ostalim prostorijama preko toplinske pumpe sa solarnim kolektorima.
Na vanjskom dijelu predviđeni su grijani bazen sa sunčalištem, vrt i roštilj s nadstrešnicom.
Parking će biti natkriveni za dva vozila.
Vila se prodaje bez namještaja, a po želji kupca zu nadoplatu moguće je organizirati i unutarnje uređenje.
